Myra Yamada RA
Myra has been involved in customer relations, sales and marketing her entire career. As a former higher education administrator she takes the time to listen carefully to her clients and gets to know them and understand their needs. She works collaboratively and diligently with her clients to realize their objectives, while putting them at ease throughout the process to make their real estate experience a pleasant and successful one. She always puts her clients’ needs first and is a dedicated advocate and trusted advisor.
Myra was raised on the island of Guam and after high school, moved to California for college. She holds a BA degree in Communications with a minor in Business Management from San Diego State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University. After many years of working at a university, she started a distribution business placing products in many stores throughout the state. As the main contact for her business she had to deal with many different personalities while working with manufacturers, buyers, store owners and managers and despite some difficult situations she was able to work through them. All of her accounts were very satisfied with the service she exhibited. She always provided timely service, worked hard to ensure proper pricing, placement and delivery of her products.
Her past professional experience in business, sales and marketing combined with a solid foundation providing outstanding customer service has provided her with all the tools needed for a successful career in real estate and helps her offer her clients effective and innovative marketing/communication plans for a successful real estate transaction–because in the end, her goal is to ensure the best value for their money for each of her clients and to bring all the pieces of a sometimes very complex puzzle together to smooth the way for a seamless/stress-free transaction for everyone involved.
